ABS/ASF Auction

Bid high & often!

There was plenty of 'action at the auction' in the Exhibit Hall of the ABS Convention & Trade Show in September. Dozens of members competed to make high bids on nearly two dozen items in a live auction to benefit the ABS Air Safety Foundation.
Hands shot in the air, waving frantically, occasionally accompanied by a whistle or shout to catch the attention of the "bid-watchers." Daughter-and-father professional auctioneers Megan and Lonnie McCurdy, McCurdy Auctions, kept the joint jumping in this lively ABS/ASF fund-raiser.
The final tabulation was more than $15,000, with the proceeds to be used for research and development projects for the Bonanza and Baron fleet. Our sincere thanks to the following companies for their generous donations, and to the winning bidders for their generous bids!
