F33 Crunched Rudder advice sought

My rudder fought with my partially opened overhead hangar door and lost. The trim tab is about half broken off and there is about a 10-inch  vertical dull wrinkle in front of that area on the rudder.  Anyone know if this will reqire a complete replacement or can something like this be re-skinned?  Know of any good shops for this with the appropriate jigs?

Try airframe components by Williams, contact Nathan at nathan@airframecomponents.com. I recently had them reskin my elevators and they did a good job and were serious about what they said, the did what they said.
