Looking for '56 G-35 Partner - San Diego

I'm moving to San Diego area in June / July timeframe and I'm looking for a 1/2 partner for my 1956 G35. Willing to hangar anywhere in the area (SEE, MYF, SDM, RNM, CLD).

- 135 KTAS, 9.5 gal/hr cruise @ 2100 RPM

- 1000nm range with reserve

- IFR certified

Powerplant: E-225 w/Hartzell MV prop

TSMOH: 1650 (following Mike Busch's advice, still strong)

- Garmin 396 (yoke mounted) w/XM radio & weather

- Single throwover yoke

- All passenger seats fully reclining

- Continuously hangared since '96 restoration by previous owner (a NASA astronaut)
