The Federal Aviation Administration has superseded AD 2009-24-52, which (as previously reported in ABS NEWS) requires replacement of certain Teledyne Continental Motors (TCM) hydraulic lifters, after noting a new failure with only one hour in service.

AD 2010-11-04 replaces the earlier AD, and requires replacing certain TCM hydraulic lifters before further flight in accordance with Hawker Beechcraft Corporation Mandatory Service Bulletin (MSB) 71-4006 and TCM MSB 09-8A. Effective date of the new AD is June 16, although FAA will accept public comments thorugh August 2. For more information see:
